Journey on Relaxation

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my blog, I look forward to learning and experiencing new relaxation techniques and exercises with you all. In listening to the journey on relaxation; it was familiar for me because during the day I try to find time to be quit with myself and just breath to get rid of stress that I have experience during the day. I have to say this was an awesome technique and I fully enjoyed it. I experienced the heaviness and the feeling of sinking into my bed, the warmth of my arms and fingers. i also felt some tingling. What a sensation! After the exercise was over, I opened my eyes, and I really felt good all over my body not just in the places that were focused on. The power of suggestion really works and proves to be a very powerful tool to fulfill inner relaxation, I think.

  1. Linda,
Kudos to you for taking the time to just breathe and rid yourself of stress each day. I wish I had learned the benefits of this sooner! I have been using this relaxation technique off and on for a few months now and I really like it! I find it easier for me to experience a deeper relaxation when I have a calming voice walking me through steps of relaxation. The data showing the physical and mental benefits of reducing stress is so compelling. I have decided to make this topic a priority in my life. I am looking forward to sharing tips, techniques, and feedback in the future!

    1. Thanks, Natalie. I agree we all do at times. I think it is definitely important to take some time to reflect and relax at some point of the day to relieve tensions of the day.
